They have always been very good. Going on 10+ years as a patient with them. Never a long wait to be seen. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been comimg to Next Level Dental for at least 3 years. I have always been impressed with their services, Dr Ramsey is a very personable dentist and experienced in the field of dentistry. He does not recommend unnecessary services; so you can trust that he has your best interest at hand. He has a very informative office manager who is professional at all times. She knows the ins and outs of most insurance carriers and their billing requirements. All of the young adults that have passed through his office appeared to have been trained well and also are kind and professional. Sometimes, visiting a dentist office can be intimidating, however, no matter what services I am having rendered, I have felt comfortable because I know I am in good hands. Thank you Dr Ramsey and staff. Please continue to keep up the good work!

I cannot say enough great things about this office! Both my husband and grown son hadn't been to the dentist in years and were embarrassed about going. From the very first appointment everyone there was wonderful and kind and put them completely at ease. My son has Asperger's syndrome & can be quite shy at first, but after the first visit he practically talked all their heads off and they were amazing with him. He spent a good 20 minutes discussing the New Indiana Jones movie with the office manager/receptionist and just had the greatest time. Trust me, if you're looking for a dentist office, look no further than Next Level! I just wish we discovered them sooner!!❤️❤️

My visit to next level dental was awesome, very professional in every aspect from the time I checked in until the time I left.

The staff is always so nice and really cares about their patients. They are always asking how trips went, how school is going for my kid. We moved down to Murfreesboro and I was going to switch dentists but you can't find a staff like this just anywhere! I'll keep making the drive for good, quality, and friendly care.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Pricing was very reasonable. Dr. Was patient and informative. He diagnosed my issue and his treatment provided me with some much needed relief.

My youngest son is quiet and is a little nervous about the dentist but Maleika, Cameron, Dionne, and Dr. Ramsey have made him feel so comfortable that he doesn't seem to be nervous anymore. He just had his first cavity taken care of and two days later received a sweet note in the mail from Cameron saying he was the best patient of the day and to have a great summer. He smiled ear to ear and couldn't wait to show everyone. That is going above and beyond and we truly appreciate it. My youngest even said he was going to take Maleika on vacation with us to Gatlinburg for spring break! The entire staff are so welcoming that they make you feel like a part of their family. Dr. Ramsey is wonderful. I’ve been going there for 4-5 years and trust that he will not recommend any treatment that is not necessary. My recent visit was for a 6 month cleaning and was done differently than past visits. The hygienist did not pic/remove plaque first but polished my teeth thoroughly and flossed them. Dr. Ramsey then did his exam, fluoride treatment and removed some plaque. Dr. Ramsey does stay current on new treatments and I’m sure that’s why this office visit was different. He will be doing my crown next month and my annual cleaning in 6 months. I definitely recommend Dr. Ramsey and Next Level Dental.

This is a great place. I took my son Ethan to the dentist for the first time and we schedule an appointment at Next Level Dental the staff there were wonderful and very patience with my son. Once finished a staff member had given Ethan a token to get a prize out the machine. He was so exicted. They made my son first dental experience a good and its something to remember.

Best dentist EVER..and I am deathly afraid of the dentist. The staff here are outstanding in service and care. I have been going here since 2001 or 2002 and have followed his office over a couple of office moves. They are really fantastic and are even caring for my grandkids now.

In general, I'm not one to really enjoy dentist visits. It's a good thing I found Next Level Dental, though. They make things very pleasant and I actually don't mind going anymore.

This is an office full of helpful staff. They are very understanding of your individual needs, and they have always stood out to me because of that.

You know what's nice? Only having enough time between when you arrive at the dentist and when the appointment starts to be greeted by the friendly lady at the desk.
